How long does it take to ship my order?
Custom wholesale imprint sales take about two weeks after confirmation of your order and
receipt of artwork and payment, although it is often possible to ship earlier.
How can I pay for the bags?
We accept major credit cards, Paypal or company check. Your check must clear prior to printing
unless we have an existing relationship.
What format do you need my artwork in?
We can use most formats. Send us what you have and we can usually convert it in order to
print your bags.
Can my imprint be any color?
Yes, but we caution you to use a light color against the relative dark green and red mesh. White
usually shows up best.
What size type does my logo need to be?
We recommend that you use the largest size type possible and never go less than 10-12 point
or the ink going in the mesh holes may make it harder to read clearly. If we believe that there
could be printing issues, we will discuss them prior to confirming your order.
What if I don't like the delivery date and I have already placed the order?
When we receive your order, we will confirm a shipping date before we even accept your order.
If the ship date is too late for you or a specific event, we will simply cancel the order without a
confirmation, so there's no risk!
What if I want a second color?
At the 1000 pc printing level, there is an additional $0.30 per additional color.
Can I see a proof before you print all the bags?
Yes, but please remember that this will slow down production while we await your approval.
Please advise if this is a requirement before we confirm your order. To ensure no
miscommunications, with all orders, we will send you an art proof prior to printing so that you
can visualize your new bags.
What quantities can I order in?
For the Warehouse Clearance pricing, you must order at least 1000 bags. After 1000 bags, you
can order in any quantity you want. For lessor quantities, please email for a quote. Price
breaks are at 300 and 600, but it can be expensive until you reach the 1000 pc level. There are
no additional price breaks after 1000 pc.
Is there a warranty on ecoroot products?
Wholesale purchasers have a built-in 2% Destroy-in-Field Allowance. For more details, click

How do I wash my folding pocket bags?
One of the best things about ecoroot reusable pocket bags are that they are so easy to
wash! You can toss them into the washer. They come out almost dry, but if need be, you can
also put into the dryer on low heat. My favorite way to wash the polyester mesh is in the
dishwasher (top rack only). The mesh holes allow for great suds penetration. Regardless of
the method, be sure to wash them out of their pockets for thorough cleaning. ecoroot folding
pocket bags are made from 100% polyester mesh.

- With pocket facing down, fold sides of bag towards center so that the handles are now
over the middle of the bag - Fold top two handles down
- Roll the bottom up one third
- Roll the bottom up another third; and then the final third
- Roll (that's the trick!) the bag into the pocket by holding open the lip, and then rolling the
bag inside. Use your thumbs and fingers to smooth out. Takes about 10-15 seconds.
